Requirements
  • Two consecutive days of fasting blood draw at study beginning and end (4 total)
  • Two hours each day at 3300 15th St., Gulfport, MS, behind Island View Casino (Dr. Owen’s office)
  • Day 1, fasting blood draw followed by two slices of Domino’s pepperoni pizza and additional blood draw two hours later.
  • Day 2, fasting blood draw followed by one Prescript Fit shake then two slices of Domino’s pepperoni pizza and additional blood draw two hours later.
  • Repeat same procedure at study end.
